Restroom Issues during Transition

The facilitator of this session said that she was assigned a “special” restroom to use at work after she transitioned. 

In addition, she was transferred to a different department within the company and lost her seniority and her job security. 

Action Plan: Advocate for unisex/family restrooms in businesses; engage transgender community in efforts to eliminate discrimination
